Welcome
I’m David Moulton, a Registered Psychotherapist and Canadian Certified Counsellor offering confidential, collaborative support to help you navigate life’s challenges and move toward balance and well-being.
I help adults from the 2SLGBTQQAI+ and straight communities and from the cisgender and trans* communities (including bigender, pangender, nonbinary, genderqueer and agender folk) with concerns including feeling stressed and anxious, feeling badly about themselves, loneliness or challenges in their relationships, challenges with being 2SLGBTQQAI+, sexuality, sexual orientation and gender, consensual non-monogamy and kink.

How can I help?
I offer psychotherapy across Ontario, with many of my clients in the Toronto and Guelph/Kitchener/Waterloo areas. My work is confidential and collaborative, and my office is a safe, affirming space to explore your concerns and how we can work through them together. I address all aspects of my clients’ lives including friendships, family, culture and spirituality. My approach to psychotherapy is cognitive behavioural, eclectic, narrative, solution-focused, strengths-based and anti-oppressive – together we can work toward feeling better, managing your stress and finding balance in your life and relationships. Find out more about my therapy services below or read about me on Psychology Today.

Whoever you are and whatever you’re navigating — your identity, relationships, and lived experience are respected and supported.
Tools you can use immediately
You’ll develop skills and strategies for managing stress, improving communication, and building balance that can be applied between sessions.
A safe space for honest conversation
You’ll be guided in exploring your thoughts and emotions openly, without fear of criticism or judgment.

We move through the work in a way that feels doable, grounded, and tailored to your life.
